Paul M. Omerza

Paul joined ANDERSEN PLLC in April 2017. Paul's practice focuses on Elder Law, Probate Litigation, Trust and Estate Administration, Guardianship, Conservatorship, Adult Adoption, and Estate Planning.

Paul earned a Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University in 2006 and a Juris Doctorate from Phoenix School of Law in 2012. Paul has been practicing in Maricopa, Pinal, Yavapai, Gila, and Pima Counties since 2012. Paul has seen the havoc poor estate planning and mental health concerns can wreak on families and is passionate about assisting families and fiduciaries to mitigate the stress and conflict that can result.

Paul enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters, camping, hiking, and volunteering in his church.
