Attorney Marshall F. Greggersen is an experienced probate and trust attorney practicing in Scottsdale and Gilbert, AZ. Attorney Greggersen enjoys working closely with clients by creating relationships built on trust, honesty, and dedication. With 10 years of experience in Arizona probate courts, Attorney Greggersen provides clients with the necessary expertise to deal with managing the court processes. He joined the firm in December 2015 as a law clerk and became an Associate Attorney with the firm after being admitted to the Arizona State Bar in May 2017. In 2025, Attorney Greggersen was made a Partner with the firm.

As an Arizona native, Attorney Greggersen graduated from The Sandra Day O'Conner College of Law at Arizona State University in 2016 and graduated from Northern Arizona University in 2011 with his Bacherlor's Degree. Attorney Greggersen is fluent in Spanish owed to the two years he resided in Argentina as a service missionary. Attorney Greggersen enjoys spending his freetime coaching and watching soccer and traveling with his family.
