In 2025, Mark Andersen recruited Stephen for his experience in probate litigation. Since 2008, Stephen's practice was exclusively estate planning, trust/estate administration and litigation. His practice now focuses on highly litigated probate cases. Stephen builds trust with his clients to effectively guide them through the difficulties of contested matter.

Stephen graduated cum laude from ASU School of Law in 2006. While attending law school he clerked for three trial judges, and earned High ProBono distinction for work he completed in the victims’ rights advocacy clinic. Among many awards, he received the Silver Beaver, the highest award given by the BSA Grand Canyon Council for his many years of excellent service.
