Mark Hawkins is a probate litigation attorney with 35 years of litigation experience. Mark handles all phases of probate litigation at the trial court level, and also handles appeals and special actions to the Arizona Court of Appeals and Arizona Supreme Court. In addition, Mark handles family law matters, including divorce, custody, legal decision-making, parenting time, child support, relocation, and modification of parenting time or child support. Mark is a former President of the East Valley Bar Association (2014-2015), and served on a CLE Committee (2016) for the Maricopa County Bar Association. Mark received his J.D. from BYU in 1990. Mark also has a degree in Business Management—Finance (BYU 1986), Magna Cum Laude, and has served on the board of the Arizona Management Society between 2015 and 2020. Mark joined ANDERSEN, PLLC in April 2020.
