M. Dawn Lloyd is an attorney with ANDERSEN PLLC. She joined the firm in March 2024 after successfully managing her own practice. Dawn focuses on probate and trust matters, including probate administration, trust administration, guardianships and conservatorships, and related litigation. She also works with individuals and families on their estate plans.

Before becoming an attorney, Dawn built a long career in financial services. She has been a Certified Financial Planner™ professional for more than 25 years and worked with major financial firms including UBS, Wachovia Securities, Wells Fargo Advisors, and Merrill Lynch before launching her own practice in 2013. Her financial planning background gives her a practical, client-centered perspective when advising clients on estate, probate, and trust matters.

Dawn earned her law degree from Arizona Summit Law School in 2014, where she received several scholarships and CALI Excellence for the Future Awards. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies, Arts and Letters from Northern Arizona University.

Originally from Southern California, Dawn has lived in Arizona since 1995. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, spending time with family, hosting holidays, relaxing by the pool, and watching sports—especially ASU football, the Denver Broncos, and the L.A. Angels. Dawn and her husband, Joe, also enjoy traveling, with Hawaii and Mexico among their favorite destinations. They have plans to visit all of the major league ballparks. Dawn has an amazing daughter, two wonderful grandsons, and two awesome stepsons, and lives in Gilbert with Joe and their dog, Sparky.

Dawn was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 2015, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in 2016.
